Panasonic Lumix DMC-FP8-Worlds fastest autofocus compact camera with folding optics


Boasting a futuristic-design, the new addition Panasonic DMC-FP8 has a stylish flat body built of high-quality aluminum, providing an attractive design for the camera's rear surface. The DMC-FP8 features a high-quality Leica DC Vario Elmar 28mm wide-angle lens with a 4.6x optical zoom. The body is flat due to the retracting lens with folding optics without a fixed lens barrel. The folded optics has been adopted to secure the toughness of the lens unit. The new DMC-FP8 records dynamic HD motion pictures in 1280 x 720p at a smooth 30 fps, in addition to WVGA (848 x 480) and normal VGA (640 x 480).The Panasonic FP8 features a blue LED cursor button, adding elegance to the design each time they are pressed.

A key feature of the new DMC-FP8 is its high-speed AF, the industry's fastest in class level. Combined with a high-speed start-up of only 0.95 seconds, this gives the FP8 a fast response that helps to catch even the most fleeting photo opportunities. The 2.7-inch large Intelligent LCD offers dynamic and clear view out of its small body. Despite its outstanding performance, the high performance engine is also more energy efficient to extend the battery life up to 380 shots (CIPA) per a single charge. Panasonic DMC-FP8 with 40MB internal memory measures 96 x 60 x 20mm, weigh 131 g(no battery) and is available in two colors-red and black.

Samsung Haptic Pop stylish clamshells


Samsung has launched a new line of Haptic Pop clamshell phones for the Korean market. Designed by popular Korean singers Son Dambi and Kim Hyun-joong the phones have a 3 Megapixel camera with flash and have been presented at Haptic Mission that is a Korean commercial campaign for Samsung's Haptic phone series.

ELLE Magazine x Andre x Beauty & Youth 20th Anniversary Totebag


Here’s one for the ladies, as ELLE Magazine celebrates its 300th, the respected fashion publication collaborates with Parisian artist Andre and retailer Beauty & Youth to release a special 20th anniversary tote bag. With the release coinciding with its 300th issue as well, the bag features the illustrative style of Andre including a birthday cake and an image involving Andre’s iconic character and ELLE Magazine.

Dior Homme 2009 Fall Collection for HUgE


For the September issue of Japanese fashion magazine HUgE, Dior Homme’s 2009 fall collection is executed in noteworthy fashion as the theme of “Angles” comes into play. The unorthodox haircut pairs nicely with the collection’s overall theme and aesthetic. Modeled by Robbie Wadge, the shoot was styled by Tetsuro Nagase and photographed by Takeshi Hanzawa

Ad Campaign for Chanel Handbag with Lily Allen

We already have talked about Lily Allen, 24-year-old, working with Chanel Handbags ad campaign and now we can see the first pics from this ad!
The pics are made in Old Hollywood-inspired black and white tones and show the beautiful world of Chanel accessories from Fall/Winter 2009/2010 collection, shot by Karl Lagerfeld.

Lily Allen hairstyle put into a elegant chignon, and in two pics she has a towering tiaras on her head.

The Chanel Coco Cocoon handbags collection will premiere this October.

atmos girls x UBIQ PRESERE

Seeing the development of the atmos girls brand, the respected Japanese retailer focusing on female footwear teams up with Japanese sneaker brand UBIQ. The style takes on a modified Fatima outlook but looks to take things to new heights with an true-high-cut style. The colorways are hard to miss incorporating metallic foils into the upper. Available in four versions at mischief.

Ricoh GRDIII

The successor to the razor-fast Ricoh GRDII has surfaced as the GRDIII has been previewed with some promising features. A 6mm (28mm equivalent) prime lens features a speedy f1.9 aperture. A 10 MP sensor doesn’t succumb to the recent megapixel wars. The camera has also been slated to shoot at 5 fps in RAW. A late August release seems to be a tentative drop date.

Nintendo Controller Business Card Holder is really retro


Taking Nintendo really seriously? Here’s a way you can take it with you wherever you go, and I’m talking business. This business card holder by Banpresto Japan looks pretty much like a NES controller that has perched itself comfortably in our hands for so long. With everything from the directional keys, select and start buttons and the heavily jabbed “A” and “B” buttons, this card holder can well catch us unwarily jabbing at it. All of this and still it manages a retro look. Pretty cool.

Unique Autosports’ pool table rolls on wheels

Hurricane Billiards is well known for some of the finest and most luxurious designs for pool tables. The Unique Autosports’ pool table is among the later, cooler releases by the company. It is basically a pool table that has wheels in place of legs. There are measures taken by the company to make sure that the table remains as firm as possible. I can see this one making it through a Vegas casino. Or maybe an autophile’s house. The Unique Autosports Pool Table will surely cost a bomb. However, this kind of ease while moving a pool table around has never been known.

Balloons of Bliss @ Jurong Point last Saturday (250709) was a blast and The JustVim Crew would like to say a big Thank You for your support and amazing effort to Charity!

BOB was a very successful and joyous event that rocked JP last Saturday, with all the exciting performances, dances and food and incredible goody bags given out.

The JustVim Crew was on-scene to check out the excitement and was surprised by the wonderful turnout and great support by all you charitable Samaritans out there!

Jimmy Choo Fall 2009 Ad Campaign

The new fall 2009 Jimmy Choo campaign is fantastic!

It was shot by Terry Richardson and features Angela Lindvall wearing some terrific sexy staples no one can remove the eyes from.
I’m sure lots of ladies have been waiting for the upcoming range of shoes - the result of the collaboration of Jimmy Choo and H&M – to open their purses wide.

But now I think some will do that a bit earlier to have a pair of perfect Jimmy Choo Fall shoes.

Lily Allen releasing jewelry line

Socialite and singer Lily Allen is to release a jewelry line.

She invited people to London’s Claridges hotel to demonstrate her new jewelry range last afternoon.
She will be unveiling Lily Allen collection to the fashion press on July 27th(yes,today!)

So far the details of the future jewelry line are firmly under wraps.

Lily has given her all to designing and new line will consist of nine different collections inspired by everything from flora to fauna, made to appeal to fans aged 14 to 40, and each fragment will mirror her composition of elements drawn from a variety of London styles. Collection will arrive in stores in late September.

This isn’t the first time of jewelry designing for Allen - two years ago she created a collection in collaboration with New Look.

Hiroshi Fujiwara’s fragment design works up a new graphic tee for Head Porter Plus entitled the Summer of HPP. The shirts are available in six different color schemes, each featuring the trademark fragment lightning bolt logo along with the text “Summer of HPP”, on two-tone color blocks. Retailing for ¥6,825 (Approx. $72 USD), the tees can now be purchased through Head Porter Nagoya.

Levi’s Fenom Ruby Disco Light oz Black Denim



Adding another impressive colorway to their Disco range, Levi’s Fenom drop a black version of their Ruby Disco Light oz denim. The jeans are featured in both a 207 and 505 fit, each featuring boasting signature Fenom detailing, including black tabs and zippers accented with Ruby details throughout.
