We live in an era of DIY and within the female streetwear scene there have been a select number of ladies running the show hans-solo.
Jenny Musitano of Yours Truly Brand takes the phattest slice of C.R.E.A.M. cake. After hustling hip hop shows and club nights in NYC, and a stint as a model/dancer booker, Jenny finally succumbed to the fashion design pad and pen to create her Yours Truly Brand.
Born and bred with a bucket load of Brooklyn pride, the label is super soaked in downtown queen-crowned attitude, with a juxtaposing mix of brash colour and sexy subtle tones. The newest collection “Above The Clouds” which drops this month, one ups the logo tee heavy collections of past and sees more abstract cuts and edgier designs making it a fresh alternative to the overworked branding of certain labels dropping this season.
With an ongoing theme of ‘Nobody Better’ taking centre stage, she says “finding clothes that you love to wear, while setting trends, are not always easy. This is why we give you Yours Truly Brand”
