Scientists recently have come up with a gadget that trickles charge into your mobile phone battery, using sound energy and converting it into electrical energy. This will, and we’re pretty sure about it, encourage mobile phone users to unnecessarily yell into their mobile phones, to keep them juiced up, and could be one of the most irritating technological breakthroughs. The louder the volume of your voice, the more the charge generated. And the tech isn’t limited to just mobile phones. It could be integrated into portable media players too.
Soon in the future, the frustration you vent out at your mobile phone when it runs out of charge could actually power it back, if yelling is your way of blowing off steam that is.
