Claudia is featured with pencils between her toes, a toy pig on her head, a broom sticking out from under her skirt and in some other really bizarre situations and positions.
Although for some this photoshoot might seem just a strange series of photos this is actually a work of art.
It’s Wurm’s artistic background and fascination with everyday objects that helped him to put the model into the chair or press her to the wall with domestic objects in between.
The editorial is titled Kunst Pausen (Art Paused).
‘One Minute Sculptures’ is what Wurm is perfect at. He started doing this in the 1980s and until now his art has been very popular. He uses models as temporary sculptures, often in bizarre or even humorous situations involving commonplace objects.
From the fashion perspective this photoshoot has some sense as well. Claudia wears a few trenchcoats from big-named designers and labels: Ralph Lauren Blue Label, Maison Martin Margiela, Burberry Prorsum, Jean-Paul Gaultier, Comme des Garçons, Rene Lezard, Lacoste and A.P.C. See and enjoy the pictures!
