Taipei’s East District is home to an emerging series of exclusive stores and retailers as the area hosted their inaugural block party this weekend titled 18135 Carnival. Taking place in front of stores such as Greyone Arsenal and Invincible, the event despite warnings of rain went off without a hitch and included a number of personalities in attendance.
